Pierre GIOUX practices as Lawyer since 1994, more especially in the area of Information Technology and Communication (ITC) and of Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment.

He assists the clients in the development and the realization of innovative projects combining traditional media and ITC: Creation of Internet gates in the sectors of leisure and culture, Edition, Comics, Production of video games, Management and Exploitation of the rights derived from graphic or audio-visual works, Exploitation of graphic and photographic works, Exploitation of photographic funds, Photojournalism, Management of collections of art belonging to museums, phonographic Edition and Management of the representation of the image of individuals and goods.

Pierre GIOUX teaches the multi-media law, Intellectual Property, Internet law and image law in the University of Pantheon-Assas Paris II and the University of Pantheon-Sorbonne Paris I, in Master Multimédia de l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Création Industrielle de Paris (ENSCI) and in Master de l’Ingénierie et Management de Projets Numériques Interactifs à l’Ecole de l’Image des Gobelins.
